The airport is only 5 km far, the railway station only 2 km far, the main bus stops a few minutes walking, the famous  sandy beach "Playa" only 3 km far, the picturesque black sand beach of San Giovanni Li Cuti is just 5 km away and the famous tourist resorts of Acicastello and Acitrezza are about 8 km far from downtown. All these places are easily reached by car or bus.

The B&B Catania City Center is an excellent starting point for a tour of Mount Etna, as it is just 40 km drive.  Our B&B works together with the company Etna Experience in order to organize stunning guided excursions up to the volcano Etna.

The city of Catania is located in a strategic point to easily visit Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Taormina, Caltagirone and Piazza Armerina and many other wonderful places on the east coast of Sicily.
